expansion joints for floors passable by fork lift trucks and pallet trucks
(especially suitable for shopping centers, fair pavilions, hospitals, airports, railway stations)
For joints width up to 10 cm - load capacity 70 kN (DIN 1055)

Principle of operation:
MIGUTRANS profiles, all aluminium
construction, have been designed for movements joints in floors to be used by four wheels lift trucks and fork lift trucks (transpallets).
Articulated telescopic systems, two-piece bridging unit, allow absorption of movements in three directions.
Colour | aluminium |
Production length | 4 m |
These profiles are also available for fitting adjacent to corners – type E3 and E4 (connection floor-wall)
Special Properties:
- Visible surface has no gaps, prevents dirt accumulation
- Good slip resistance is given by surface grooving
- Profile absorbs settlements and movements
- Good fixing by perforated mounting brackets, spacing 30 cm, screwed to the base at the side of the joint by means resin bonded anchors, alternatively in external and intermediate holes of brackets
- Positive connection of production
length profiles by staggering the joints in the individual aluminium profiles and/or by slide-in connecting pins.
Load capacity:
- Fork lift trucks (DIN 1055) up to 70 kN (contact surface of wheel 20x20
cm.)
- Fork lift trucks and pallet trucks with tires made of solid plastic (polyamide, Vulkollan) with allowed axle load according to diagram (*)
- Suitable for pallet trucks (transpallet).
- Vehicles (DIN 1072) up to 300 kN.
Load capacity is only guaranteed if installation instructions are followed scrupulously.
